Return and Refund Policy

Every item at Swaisian Collection is made to order just for you. Because each piece is printed or made after you order it, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, wrong color, or a change of mind. Please check the size chart and product description carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the problem. We will arrange a free reprint or a refund. You do not need to send anything back to us.

We do not accept physical returns. All issues are resolved by reprint or refund as above.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.
